Free Tests for LED Lights
As a quality inspection company focusing on the LED lighting industry, BackMorning now offers free tests for LED lights. Our Free Test Program will help you get accurate parameters – like the brightness, color temperature, and efficacy of your LED lights. We’ll help you find out their actual performance so that you can make them better and better.
This program is applicable to people who have not worked with BackMorning before. You can use this opportunity to test our services with no commitment! There are only 10 applicants every month, so contact BackMorning and give us a try.
1. Target audience
1). Business: The free tests for LED lights are applicable to businesses that design and manufacture LED lights, or related to LED lights – interior design companies, construction companies, and lighting product brands.
2). Individuals: Such quality inspections for LED lights are also applicable to individuals – LED light users, designers, students, and other people who may wish to try.
Applicable types of lights:
- Indoor: Downlights, spotlights, panel lights, industrial lamps, triple protection lamps, light strips, lamps, bulbs, cabinet lights, line lights
- Outdoor: Streetlights, floodlights, lawn lights, line lights
Non-applicable types of lights:
- Large outdoor lights – for example, court lights need special fixtures, BackMorning cannot do the Light Distribution (IES) test, but can do other tests.
Applicable types of tests:
- Light Distribution (IES) using the Dark Room
- Spectrum test using the integrating sphere
- Safety (Insulation, Ground Resistance, Hi-Pot)
- Workmanship evaluation (Process Inspection)
Quantities:
- Generally speaking, each applicant is limited to 1 set of light for this free test program.
- However, if there are special needs, let’s talk and try our best.
- BackMorning will do free tests for 10 applicants each month, and first-come, first-served.
- If a month’s schedule is all filled, your application will be scheduled for next month.
2. Fees
Test samples:
To be provided by the test applicant, and BackMorning is not responsible for buying samples or any form of payment for the sample.
Courier fee (round trip): The test applicants are responsible for the shipping costs and fees.
Packaging cost:
If BackMorning needs to return the samples, we can help with basic package with carton boxes. If the sample needs a special package – like a wood carton – the test applicant is to pay for it.
Import duties: Generally, there will be no customs duties for free samples.
Testing cost: The cost of labor, equipment, consumables, etc. will be borne by BackMorning.
3. Additional
Sample Return:
- If the test applicant requests the return of the sample, BackMorning will do as requested.
Return Fee:
- If the sample is to be returned, then related costs and fees will be borne by the test applicant.
Lights with batteries:
- We will not be responsible for sending the products with batteries to foreign countries.
Confidentiality:
- BackMorning promises not to disclose test samples and data obtained from the tests to any third parties without the permission of test applicants.
- But we can disclose the names of the applicants and the lights to promote this free test program.
4. Disclaimer
Destructive test
If a test method may damage the sample, BackMorning will ask for permission from the test applicant before conducting the test.
If the test applicant agrees to the test method, the test applicant cannot claim compensation from us for this reason.
Sample Storage
BackMorning promises to do our best to keep the samples in good condition after receiving them.
The maximum storage time is 15 days due to space limitations.
If the test applicant does not let BackMorning know how to dispose of the sample without a reason, we have the right to dispose of the test sample (or any other disposal method).
