1. Check Composition of LED Down Lights
1.1 Check the pallet and Qt
Our inspector go to the factory warehouse, check the pallet and qty, according to the customer’s list
1.2 Check Carton information
Randomly select samples according to AQL standard and check its sticker info(PO number, Product name,etc.) on the carton
1.3 Check inside the carton
Open the carton and check inside packaging, accessories, quality certificate according to buyer’s requirement
2. Instrument testing
2.1 Check its electric data
Check its electric data: Power, PF @ rating voltage
2.2 Electric strength testing or Insulation testing
2.3 Pull testing
2.4 Check the dimension
2.5 Check the label printing quality
Use petrol or ethyl alcohol
2.6 Aging test
Turn on the lights for >4 hours
2.7 Spectrum testing
Check the Ra, Color Temperature, SDCM
2.8 IES Testing
Check the LuminousFlux，Efficiency，Beam Angle，UGR， Power，PF
After above 11 steps, we will prepare a quality inspection report, and send it to the buyer within 24~48 hours
