You can see some gaps between the PCB and the back plate. Some buyers have a misunderstanding when they select the suppliers or manufacturers for the LED backlight panel lights.
Because they think the backlite panel lights’ heat transfer ability is much better than the slim type panel lights.
This is somewhat correct because you can see for the backlite panel light, all this back plate is the heat transfer area while for the old type and slim type of LED panel lights only for this narrow side to transfer the heat from the LED to the housing, but we have to care about the heat transfer area. We also have to care about the heat transfer system.
After we open this LED backlite panel light, we can find many LED PCB pasted on the backplate by glue. If the glue is not uniform, if the workmanship of the glue is not good, you can see some gaps between the PCB and the backplate.
So, the heat cannot transfer quickly from the LED to the back plate to the air.
So the temperature for the LED would be higher than we want.
In this case, the LCD panel night you will get the light decay much quickly.
And some LED’s may die after working for some time.
